✅ The return request is made within the allowed timeframe.

🚨 Items that do NOT qualify for returns:
❌ Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition).
❌ Customized or personalized products.
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale.”


2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

🚨 Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

5. Late or Missing Refunds
